"Back from where?" you may ask. Many marketers became familiar with the RMG name during the period from 1986 to 1998. At that time, RMG was the second largest privately held direct response marketing company in the U.S., with $43 million in revenue, 300 employees and offices in 5 countries. In 1998, Stuart Holt and his partner sold Response Marketing Group to Snyder Communications and RMG subsequently became part of BrannWorldwide, the largest marketing firm in the world.
In January 2007, Stuart decided to resurrect RMG with the help of a number of past RMG stars, along with a few new marketing gurus. The ultimate goal was simple: to reestablish RMG as one of the top full-service marketing and advertising firms in America.
